Hello all, could you help me by casting your eyes over this new piece I recently purchased, an Imperial standard issue iron cross with box. I have not been collecting for very long so would just like a few other eyes checking it over. The dealer has a very good reputation and stated it had previously been in another collectors ownership, who he purchased it from. The cross it's self is magnetic and has a seam line which can be seen around the edges and is stamped KO by the pin hook. I had a look at other examples and everything seems in good order, but I would just like to check with the community that the piece is fully authentic for complete peace of mind on a purchase like this. Thank you in advance!

That is a perfectly fine example of a cross made by KO.

Thank you very much everybody for taking a look and leaving feedback. I just have one last question, is the iron centre core the original black paint or has it been painted over at a later date?

I have two other pictures showing the areas where the sliver frame meets the black core.
