Article about: Hi guys, First 3 pics have initials scratched into the the core arms, not sure of maker no mark on jump ring. 2nd 3 pics have a maker mark but I can't make it out. Last 2 pics repainted brok

    Hi guys,
    First 3 pics have initials scratched into the the core arms, not sure of maker no mark on jump ring.
    2nd 3 pics have a maker mark but I can't make it out.
    Last 2 pics repainted broken jump ring no maker mark.

    You do not have the ability to do that.
    I believe the one with the marked ring is an MFH.

    Hi Grant, welcome to the Imperial forum.
    As Ralph has said, it's best to post each item in it's own thread but in
    this case, your crosses are easy to identify.

    The first cross is a KO (Klein & Quenzer) with a repaired jump ring.
    The 2nd and 3rd crosses are both from "MFH" easily identified by there unique crown design.

    Hi Greg,
    Thanks for the welcome and information on the crosses.
    I didn't see the repaired ring until you pointed it out.
    I also have a ww2 cross ek2 with maker 65 Klein & Quenzer.
    Some sites i have been on say the maker MFH is manufacture maker unknown and others Max Fleck Hamburg, do you know which is correct?

    as far as I know, MFH is still an unknown maker.
