Got this for extremely cheap on eBay through an auction. With it being from eBay I don't really have high hopes but when I was doing research it didn't look too bad, but the pebbling still throws me off.

In my opinion is a good one
The badge is fine. It is a known pattern and the pebbling is indicative of a set of dirty/worn dies.
