Two 'KO' marked crosses...........
It is obvious in side-by-side comparison that they are by different makers.

WWI EKI, by 'S-W' = Sy and Wagner ( SW are my initials also ! )
The surface of the core is rather rough.
Just had a look under the pin and noticed a mark there, like Gew's
previous SW marked cross. ("4" ?) I had not seen it before ! !

Close-up of 'closed 4' date on vaulted and plated 20's or 30's era cross.
Possibly made by 'Assman' ..............

Hi Chaps, just got any early EK1 case so I thought I'd post it. It fits my convex Meybauer perfectly. I've also posted my other cased EK1's for comparison.
Top Left - early case with a Meybauer.
Top Right - mid to late war case with a W.S.
Bottom Left - mid to late war so called 'Bavarian' case with a K.O.
Bottom Right - late war case with a S-W.
Cheers,
Richard.
Just wanted to stop by and say you all have some good stuff! Hopefully I will post some tommorrow.
Nice selection of cases Richard, they are nice ones.............!
Regards,
Steve.
Some great additions Richard.
That cased Meybauer is sweet.

I was addicted to the "Hokey-Pokey" but I've turned
myself around.
Thanks Greg & Steve.
For all your viewing pleasures here is "pride and joy"! First up is a WS in an early case with its origional packing box! All show a fair amount of wear but I will take these over any bottle of wine and why drink wine when you could have German beer! The cross is cracking but its a face only we could love and the latch to the case is broken.
Next is "joy". Here is a very beautiful well kept very stiff marked 800 and Engraved! I missed out on a cased engraved cross a while back and was pretty bummed But this one sure made my day!
Hi leej11, great EK1's I really like the outer carton on the cased one. I would love one of those, Cheers, Richard.
