Imperial Verwundetenabzeichen in Gold

I have been looking at this one for a little while and feel sure that this is a genuine wound badge but this is a break from the norm for me.
I feel comfortable around imperial EK's but this is different.

I really do appreciate any help on this,

Hello Ken

I would not have a problem owning this badge. It is a known design that can also be found with slight differences to the bow, and an economy style hardware, as can be seen in the following link:
