1935 M31 Breadbag R.B.D. Marked

Got this one in earlier this year, very happy to have found a 1935 date and such an interesting example. I have seldom seen any equipment marked to the RBD, only ever seen a canteen and a separate canteen cup with RBD marks so this is a first for me.

Tha bag is in overall great shape without any repairs or damage (The lighting here makes it look more bleached than it is). The markings are all pretty clear both dates are easily readable as 1935. The bag was produced in Kassel and used by the RBD in Kassel. Overall a very nice scarce piece of kit with super interesting markings, typical of prewar equipment.

Thank you gents! That 34 date has arrived and it’s a real beaut, also got a nice transitional Gasmask set in too! I’ll try and get them photographed tomorrow.
