Postie was kind today Brotbeutel named to a 'Stolte' in Flak-Regiment 11, can't make out the other markings, I played about with the contrast etc. but couldn't make it clearer. First part of the set up for my 1938 Luftwaffe Flak four pocket tunic:

Not actually Flak Regiment 11, but rather the 11. Batterie, Flak Lehr Regiment.
    Very nice indeed!
    Well done.

A brief (partial) history of your brotbeutel which may help with the subsequent or earlier markings:

    III./Flak-Lehr-Regiment (Sw. mot.):

    Formed 1.10.37 in Stettin from II./Flak-Regiment 23 (11. - 13. Batterien). Later moved to Greifswald (4.39?).

    14./Lehr was formed in 1942 from 14./Flak-Regiment 44.

    In 8.43 redesignated Flakscheinwerfer-Abteilung 180.

    Service:

    1.10.37 - 26.8.39 under Stab/Flak-Lehr-Regiment
26.8.39 - 9.40 in Stettin under Flakgruppe Stettin
    9.40 - 7.42 under Stab/Flakscheinwerfer-Regiment 1 (as I. Abteilung)
7.42 - 8.43 in Stettin under Flakgruppe Stettin

I came here to post what Kohima already said about the unit designation.

Nice breadbag! Should display well. Congratulations.

I agree, a very nice named and unit ID example. Look forward to seeing the complete ensemble in due course.

An early Reichswehr / Wehrmacht model gasmask case turned up yesterday as well, I'll post that in a bit.

Any chance of some clearer images of the stamps?
As flat as possible (perhaps under glass), to avoid shadows and creasing, and not too close, as the depth of field picks up too much confusing shadow in the weave. Sometimes indirect, natural light can help. Alternatively, taking the photograph slightly off-centre, rather than square on, can occasionally work. In short, try anything!
    Thanks!

I’m thinking the uppermost stamp may be batterie 7 (thus II. Battalion), though cannot clearly see this.
The second stamp, however, may even be for a Fl.A.R (flieger ausbildungs regiment), with the location stamp underneath, but again need clearer images.

Thanks Kohima, I’m working from home again tomorrow so try and get some better images
