It’s civilian, don’t know what city but that can be found somewhere on the net, no doubt....

But original ? To be honest i don’t like the patina....

I don't have a problem with it.

Thank you, this is from Hessen - Nassau.
The black border is strange. I also don't think there was a red reflector back then.
Maybe copied after all.
