Hello , you have a Zeiss 12x60 binocular for a Flak range finder, a very good binocular.
Missing from your set the anti glare visor and attachment point for the lens cover which has worn through, rubber headrest also seems to be qute degraded and on front left objective you have some lens seperation. (The frosted type pattern, the cement which boinds the lens together has started to seperate.
On the plus side you have a small quicksight and the base plate which allowed it to be mounted to the 4 meter range finder.
Attached a view of the binocular with the anti glare visor, one of the rangefinder on which it was mounted ( In Belgian Army Museum) and a period phot of the rangefinder and binoculars in use.
If you ever want to sell it pop me a line always up to give one a good home.
