I'm not too well up on these but is it not for a standard bearer rather than Feldgendarmerie?

The Kommandantur Gorget was worn by Headquarters guards I think.

This is not a Feldgendarmerie gorget, but a gorget for security units and it's meant for urban patrols within a specific Kommandantur, here the number 10, don't know which one it is...

After looking for this gorget in one of my "bibles", i can say that it was adopted in June 1937 and addition to what i wrote in my previous comment, this gorget was also meant for security units stationed in Army Corps' maneuver camps.
Official text : H.V.Bl. 1937, Nr 699, June, the 15th, 1937.
