Very hard to tell from photos. The closing strap is not original, but could have been field replaced. Sorry I cannot be certain...
It’s interesting that this original early pattern behalter, note the catch design and absence of D for Dicht. I’m not sure about the age of the camouflage but unusual to see an early one so decorated.
