German Canteen painted by SS Member

Hello,

a friend of mine found this german canteen south of berlin.
On one side it has painted the emblem of the SS and the LAH.
It also sais "Langwasser" on the top.
The emblems on the other side are completely unknown.

Can anyone tell me what the unknown emblems mean?

As far as i know "Langwasser" was a prisoncamp for SS members after WW2.
I don´t think anyone imprisoned there would have paintet such a thing.
And to me it looks way to well made to be some prisoncamp work.
A friend told me that in the 1930s there was a camp for members of the new founded SS.

I don´t have much knowledge about the third rich. So i hope you cant help me find out more.

That's an interesting find that, it looks like a bit of soldier "trench art", it could well be pre-war and perhaps latter stomped on by a Russian?

I would have liked to have seen it before it was crushed...but it does look Interesting.

Well, the bottle is marked MN 42, so it was produced in 1942. Probably just a nice piece of trench art once belonged to the LAH member.
