German mess kit with unknown marking

Hello Everyone,

I have this mess kit for a while but still don't know anything about the hand applied marking on the back of the body.
Has anyone idea about what could it be? Unit marking, inventory marking..?

It's a Reichswehr period mess tin ( Kochgeschirr ) used from 1919 - 1930
These were reduced in size in 1931 to the WW2 style we are all familiar with.....
