I believe they are actually British, RAF issue. There will be a number on the top of the headband pad.
I agree these are typical RAF headphones. They are probably marked 10/A 12161 or 10/A 12160 or similar. So if they were found in Russia they could be from a British lend/lease aircraft such as Hawker Hurricane, Supermarine Spitfire, DeHavilland Mosquito or Armstrong Whitworth Albemarle?
