lebensborn backpack

i'm not certain is this a good place for posting this if not i apologize
someone want to sell me an attached backpack,from my investigation it results as
a backpack from lebensborn in wiesbaden,how much it can be worth?from my information
the lebensborn institution was a secret and the number of places where it functioned was small(deutchland norway)
does anyone seen this backpack before?or can tell me something more?

Either HJ Medic-or possibly SA Medical...Nothing to do with Lebensborn, which was an SS Project...But it is certainly a desirable Tornister not often encountered, and quite a decent score if the price is right...
Just to add, the Lebensborn Project wasn't really a big secret...My German grandmother knew about it, and it was really only a place for unmarried, pregnant women to give birth to racially desired children in a time when unwed-pregnancy/motherhood was still considered scandalous by society...
