Luftwaffe messhall knife

Hello,
I do not have these in hand yet, (not my photos), and I will update this post when I can take my own photos. Though I have been very fortunate to participate here, and there are some extremely talented members. Mess hall silverware has a wide range of eagle variations, can I please receive some opinions on this one? For some reason I now what to collect some, and is there a resource that has most of the more prevalent stamps? I am really interested in the Luftwaffe ones.

I believe you are correct, I did not catch that the wings were rounded. Now I have something new to google.

edit: I will try to find another example.

Hello.
I am sorry to have to say so, but I cannot agree with the opinion that the second knife has being issued to a political group.
At first this type of wings can be seen on Wehrmacht-Heer silverware, and political type eagles do not look in the same direction than those issued to the armed forces as you can frequently notice on mismatched private purchase 4 pieces set.

It needs to be checked, yet I think that the eagles stamped on my Wehrmacht silverware have similar wings than those shown here.
