I am only able to comment on the holster as there are not enough pics of the belt or buckle.
The holster looks correct and would have originally been issued in a brown color. Later orders from the Germans stated that all leather be dyed black, which your example was dyed black post original issue. I cannot recall when this order was issued but my guess is in 1939. No one could say, definitively, the holster and belt were issued together but one will never know. Most, but not all Luftwaffe items remained brown in the earlier war period. Later war years; any color available was used and issued. Congrats on your find. Nice holster.

Hans Romer is a well know leather goods maker. They made a lot of contract stuff, belts, frogs etc for the Police as well. This one looks good.

I think the belt looks just fine, can’t comment on the buckle.
