    Hello,
Sorry can't help you with manufacturer, never seen it before
    TEXTILWERKE
    KARL ANTON ?
    KASSEL

It is not a late war Zeltbahn as indicated on the website, it's an example produced between 1941 and 1943
The misprint in the camo on the dark side of the Zeltbahn is what is interesting here....
If i'm asked, it's overpriced, but apparently Zeltbahnen are more and more expensive these days....
    Thanks

Thank you for your most informative reply as always!

So would a late war version be identified by an RBNr number rather than makers mark's?

    Hello again,
A late war Zeltbahn is not necessarily marked with a RBNr as some producers still used letters code until the end of the war.
Zeltbahnen produced between 1943 and May 1945 do not have two eyelets above the grommet, but only one
If you want to see the progression in time, you can watch this : YouTube
It will give you an idea of manufacture/period
    Thanks

The maker is known, TEXTILLWERKE Karl Anton Henschel of Kassel. I would say it is a good one.

Well the Zeltbahn has arrived & it looks pretty good on the mannequin!

I picked up a entrenching tool & carrier to! Almost there on this project!

Please let me know your opinions

    Best regards

    Matt

    Hello,
    it's coming together nicely....
Just one thing, you should put the central part outside, like on the photo below, it's nicer, it's easier to get rid of all imperfections on the Zeltbahn itself and it's far more accurate for a foot soldier
The misprint in the camo seen on the left "arm" from the rear and between the shovel carrier and the breadbag is great...
    Good job !
    Thanks

Nice setup.... apart from the fact that the Zelt was overpriced, it’s a nice piece !! And your setup is growing rapidly......

If you need a black zeltleine and/or zelt pflocke / stock i still have a few left.......
