SS Frostschutz Salbe Antifreeze Ointment

Hi Guys,

Just picked up this nice little SS Frostschutz Salbe Antifreeze Ointment tin.
I'm guessing this product became available and popular in '41?
I will have better photos soon.

Is there any way to date these?
I see some tins have a beaded lip and some are smooth.
Did the beaded lip come later as a product improvement?

Does this one look ok?

This is a post war fantasy item. If you have just bought it, send it back for a refund.

I paid $10 for it thinking it was a steal.

But there is even one for sale on Helmut Weitze's website. He is asking €385,- for it!!!!
