    Hi there FNG.

    It stands for - R.A.D (Reichsarbeitsdienst) Gau xxv Hessen-Süd. (Arbeitsgruppen Numbers 250-258).

    The R.A.D was the German Reich Labor Service.

    Some collect unit marked belts exclusively, I suppose it's personal choice..
