Unknown box

Can anybody identify this box?

The box was thrown away by german soldiers going back to der heimat,
and picked up by a 14 year old girl, the mother of my neighbours.

The colour appears lighter on the photo's. There were some radar post in the neighbourhood,
maybe luftwaffe colour grey/blue. There were also Grüne polizei posts, and of course regular soldiers.
