Vehicle ID flag

Article about: One sided ID flag. Almost mint with brass grommets in the 4 corners. Blue and pink wool attached to one corner, but no paper tag attached . Opinions please.[ATTACH=CONFIG]1376683[/ATTACH

    Dimensions please..... almost looks too large for a vehicle ID flag !!

    Btw, are these 2 different flags ? Upper looks very smooth, while lower has a lot of wrinkles
