Hi,
Bought this gun with holster. Gun is real, not in the best shape but I was wondering about the holster, what do you think?

I've never seen a WW2 era holster with marking like that before.
Pistol is rough as you say but I'm sure it still shoots fine.

My greatest fear is that one day I will die and my wife will sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them

Hello.
According to what is said here the big eagle on the outside indicates that this was a holster for high ranking NSDAP officials :
Outstanding WWII Nazi NSDAP Party Leader Walther PPK With Original Holster
Even if such markings have existed I wouldn't bet even a farthing on the authenticity of this, there is an overabundance of markings, the ink stamp seems really out of place and also too well preserved to be able to convince, not to mention the eagle facing the wrong direction.

I believe I’ve read that real eagle marked holsters have the opening tab cut back, in order to not obscure the eagle, also that ink stamp doesn’t belong there.
Here is a forgotten weapons regarding Leaders PPK’s pistols the holster is mentioned 17:00. Three Variations of Party Leader PPK Pistols - YouTube
