I have no issue with the kiste, but the addition of the Das Reich rune is red would be a concern. I doubt these runes are as old as the kiste.

I have seen cases marked wirtschaftgerat before but I wonder if this wartime case has been re-utilised at a later date. Are there any markings on the inside. You might compare it with similar examples on the "Wehrmachtkasten" website.
