    Hello,

    Looks to be a Calvary, instrument device case or Medic leather carrying case? Are there any stamping or details under leather lid? Markings on outside or inside? Looks to be of WWII Era. Usually these pieces are marked but in late war they had more important things to worry about. I can’t confirm if German but looks like a nice piece.
