There appear to be no markings on it at all?
It looks to be the same as one i used to own!...
I don't think it is wartime. All the wartime cups I've seen are marked. Similar cups were used in the 50s & maby 60s.

There must be something wrong with my computer screen as i'm not seeing a green cup...it's rather black for me.....or am i colorblind ?
There's a simple way to know if it's original or not, drop it on the floor, if it bounces like a ball and comes back to you, it's a fake, but if it's broken after it hit the floor, then it was an original bakelite cup...()
The answer is in the texture of material and its weight
