18th Heer Infantry Division

Hello again friends, I'm in a bit of a bind.

I recently purchased a half EKM (Dog-Tag) from the 7th Kompanie, 30th Regiment, from the 18th Infantry Division of the German army. Blackcat1982 and Austrian helped me out with that ID. (Thanks guys!)

The dogtag in question was found between Leningrad and Demyansk. I don't know what the deal is, but the only info I can find on the 18th Infantry Division was that they invaded Poland, France and "The Eastern Front". They also got renamed a few times. I'm trying to find out what battles in particular they were involved in, or photographs of the division.Wikipedia isn't a help, and I don't have any reference books like some of y'all do. I would greatly appreciate any help y'all can give. If y'all really want to be particular, the 30th Regiment of the 18th Division is the one in question.
