Today marks 75 years since the official end of World War 2! (September 2, 1945). Are there any events going on in your community to celebrate even though we're in a pandemic?

My city (Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA) is having a flyover with a B-17 bomber, Douglas C-47 Skytrain, & B-25 Mitchell bomber this evening that I'm looking forward to seeing!

What do you guys think of Truman's decision to drop atomic bombs on Japan? Do you think it could've been done differently and if so, how long do you think the Pacific War could have played out?
