Gutted to hear this news. I was quite taken aback when i saw the post - it was unexpected, to me at least.
I always hoped Ned would come back to the forum on a regular basis for his knowledge and good humour.

Yeah Nick. I was working on him for a long time. He did pop his head in every now and then. He loved the guys here but just wasn't ready

Terribly sad news to read, Big Ned was one of a kind and will be sorely missed.
Please pass along mine and this entire forums Heart Felt Condolences to his family.
This community has lost a corner stone, very sad.

Sorry to hear such sad news about a very appreciated and knowledgeable person as Big Ned . For the past 8 yrs Ive been here he helped me and plenty others and I think he really enjoyed sharing that knowledge even if it went unappreciated by some . RIP Sir , Gods speed . Condolences to the family .
