Question - 2 hats. Where Are They From ? What Country ?

They look Belgian or French to me, try searching the colours of the cockade might narrow it down.

Green, white and red could be Italy, Hungary or Mexico - the feathers would fit in their (Austro-Hungarian) tradition, I couldn't, however, find a proof for this assumption - no maker marks inside?
