    Men like Don made huge sacrifices, overcame great overwhelming obstacles of the mind and body to protect their families and country from totalitarianism. Not a surprise he volunteered...a true man of conviction. RIP

    Another one has gone to Airborne Valhalla ! RIP Don.

    I'm leading an OMG Tour over the weekend and will remember him when i'm on the DZ's and at MDS Crossroads !

    Thanks once again everyone.

    I spoke yesterday with Don's widow Olive. He passed away very peacefully at home with her at his side. He was in no pain. Don was 91 and they had been married for 69 years.
