    Default All dressed up and ready to go!!

    Well it took some serious work to get the Copper Stearate(Verdigris) removed. All the metal/Gold plated Brass parts have been cleaned and given a coat of CLP and wiped down.
    I assembled it back together and here she is. I did nothing to the leather other than wiped it down with a lint free cloth to remove the CS residue and dust that was on it.
    I think it looks great for its age!!

    I Appreciate the communications an suggestion on how to take care of the issues.
    As you can see, It worked Great.

    And I'll also throw out a Big THANK YOU to Smitty who helped Identify and verified it was a good one to get, and then provided all the reference material needed to care for and treat every material we see in our collections. Just Awesome information.
    I burned that info on to a CD in case my PC crashes again. Priceless!!!
