FRUSTRATED !!!!!! with picture uploader cassifieds

Merry Christmas everyone Iam trying to use the photo uploader on the classifieds for sale section and it keeps telling me that I have exceeded my maximum PHP value . I have tried to reduce the amount of photos I am uploading but it still wont let me upload anything .

Any one have any thoughts or suggestions.

I was able to upload photos by going to the drop down link and pressing the edit button.
