Photos exceeds your PHP maximum upload value

Hello, i'm trying to upload an ad in Classifieds everything works great until i try to upload. Then a text shows up saying: Photo ..... exceeds your PHP maximum upload value. It doesn't matter how many photos it is, the same thing keeps happening. Anyone know how to fix this?

are you pictures too large? if so I use this one to upload here, great for emails too!

I use Microsoft "Paint" and send them there and you can use the "resize" and minimize by changing the size %.
That is what I use to post pic's on USMF due to their size limit.
Maybe that will help.

Exactly what I do!

If you keep your pics to 250Kb (I think the forum will actually allow a little larger) you should have no problems at all and the pics will enlarge to a perfectly good degree. Just make sure the pics themselves are clear and in focus. Job done every time.
