Sending photos using private messages

This might sound dumb to some of you guys but how do you send photos in a private message. I've tried sending photos to a fellow member, but I keep failing. I'm very computer illiterate and there is no paper clip to click on, I click on the photo icon and insert the jpg number but it does'nt work, HELP!

The only method I have actually used is using this website -

Postimages — free image hosting / image upload

Just 'drag and drop' your photos where it says post your images here, then copy and paste the link into a PM.

Never used Wills method but I have always understood that you can not add photos to PMs
