2 Belgian M51 Shells, one ABL one unknown??

I have these 2 shells and one is ABL stamped and and has a rim marked however the other is unmarked (that I can see) and is a slightly different shape which can be seen in person but not so well in photos. Any idea who made the unmarked shell?

VDN 86/7 = Vereinigte Deutsche Nickelwerke, July 1986.

A german shell manufacturer.

The other helmet could be from the manufacturer "Umal".

It must be said that both helmets were probably completely overhauled and repainted.
Umal marked with ink stamp on top of helmet. That mark is now gone, of course.
