Cracking finds Steve ,apologises as i haven't kept my finger on the pulse for some time here ,this place can do that to you as it is so slow paced and if you think to much into it you can quite easily throw in the towel but glad to see your still hanging in there ,how crazy the canteen was still full of water ,the Egyptian cover i see some similarities to the Third Reich oak leaf and the reverse side i see similarities to the French first gulf war operation daguet covers

One more added to the collection.
Egyptian Czech Vz53, liner removed and painted inside an out before being refitted. No visible stamps on shell or liner.

The downside of getting a double sided cammo cover is that you need to choose which one to display, but this latest addition resolves that problem for me.

Another Egyptian ‘Sand and Rocks’ cover on a 1962 dated Wz50 with what is probably the ID number of the previous owner in Arabic inside 7467.
