Here are a few pictures of a LS 58 with an early Schuberth Werke liner with a later modified third model sweatband.

You may notice the typical chinstrap of the shell and the typical Dutch liner configuration. Usually these helmets have cotton liner chinstraps.

The m1 clone in all it's variations is called "M53 troepenhelm" in the Netherlands by collectors.

    Cheers,
    Emile

    Great helmet
I can see your 1958 model also have blackened copper alloy (brass) for all the metal on the shell chinstrap. I just check the 58 & 59 Danish LS shells and they too have blackened brass, as well as the 1962 model (there is no 60-61 Danish model). I guess only the 1957 uses steel - which could be another pointer that 1957 is the first run of LS m1 clone shells.
