A little bit of history to better understand this camouflage pattern.
From Camopedia:
"Serbian Army personnel deployed to Chad in 2008 were initially issued
with surplus Norwegian Army M/03 desert pattern camouflage uniforms,
probably sourced directly from the Norwegians also serving there.
The same MINURCAT Medical unit was later issued with special uniforms
made from Bulgarian desert DPM camouflage fabric circa 2008-2009.
It appears this was only a one-time use of the fabric."
