was always spoken of the interiors 1, 2, 3 and 4 model.

I would like to introduce this in part 5 for a better explanation.

The first and earliest model out of the 1950´s can be roughly recognized by the following features:

- Metal parts painted in RAL 6020
- wide metal bands
- double adjustment grid
- DBP stamp
- Leather in the forehead area without ventilation holes
- Aluminum cotter pins with thick round heads
- white drawstring

Of course there are other small details. But you can see them in the pictures.

The second model, introduced towards the end of the 1950's:

- Metal parts painted in RAL 6020
- wide metal bands
- double adjustment grid
- no more DBP stamping
- Leather in the forehead area now has ventilation holes
- Aluminum cotter pins with thick round heads
- white drawstring

Of course there are other small details. But you can see them in the pictures.

With the third model in the late 1950s / early 1960s came some changes / simplifications.

- Metal parts painted in RAL 6012
- narrow metal bands
- single adjustment grid
- Leather in the forehead area now has ventilation holes
- Aluminum cotter pins with smaller oval round heads
- white drawstring

Of course there are other small details. But you can see them in the pictures.

















































Early Model 3 liners also have large protective leather patches. Otherwise the liners have the usual rude patches.

The liners of the fourth model from 1975 have the following changes compared to the 3rd model:

- Metal parts painted in RAL 6029
- Olive cord pull cord
