    Not sure what it is but that's not an Italian liner.

    Here is a ventless example but still different

    And here is another just like yours on eBay but incorrectly listed as WW2

    Rough translation of the caption -

    "Model without holes. This type is a cross between the model 31, of which it inherited the padding, and the 33. of which it inherited the shell."

    The rest of the text on that page does not seem to refer directly to the picture (but I could be wrong!).
