The decals seem to be original and as old as the rest.

Is there any way to tell how old they are?

One however looks a bit "younger" and the decals are different...

The last one is a late war/communist controlled, decal. They started to show up after Yalta and used this style of shield.

Late war or shortly after the war, but in this condition not much for monetary value unfortunately. Bulgarians helmets are cheap and plentiful, and while this late war configuration is harder to find I know I could just wait a while and pick one up for cheap in far better condition.
