Well, that's interesting. I've got and seen a lot of M26 but that's the first I have really noticed with that strongly-embossed 'TV' stamp. The helmet looks like an original Army issue, and I wondered whether it was something specific to that (most M26 that are 'out and about' are ex-Civil defence). But as usual World War Helmets tells the tale - World War Helmets - Casque Modele 26 - it is the mark of the Swedish TELEVERKET, a government telecommunications organisation that operated up to 1993, and I assume this was part of their 'hardened' capability to continue functioning in event of war.
