Default Russian/Tsarist aiguillette from the Crimean War? need help

    Hello my friends
I recently found this old and damaged aiguillette. On the pointed metal tip seem to be engraved the cyrillic letters P T K (therefore I considered it to be a Tsarist Russian issue) and the year 1854 (corresponding maybe to the Crimean War?).
I do not know anything about it and I have never seen a Crimean War aiguillette of Russian origin. What mean the letters, the name of the owner perhaps?
I would gladly appreciate any help
    All the best
