I´ve received this medal but I can´t really find something about it.
And is it old? Or How old it will be?

According to a certain site, it is the Medal "In memory of the 50th anniversary of the patronage of Emperor Franz Joseph in the Life Guards of the Kexholm Regiment"

Comparing the images, I think yours may be a copy.
