Arrow cross or? Any ideas what this is?

I don't think the green circle is important. maybe it's enough to have the colors of the Hungarian flag in it. red, white and green

Thank you again for your info. Until I actually see a flag with this exact coloring and the green circle around it I would still hesitate to say it is definitely for the arrow cross organization. Could it be yes, and very likely it might be but I'd like to find some definite info one way or another. In any case I thank you again for your help and info.
