Italian RSI Uniform

Hoping to get some of the Italian Experts views on this unissued RSI tunic.
It has the orange collar tabs for a Calvary unit, if the colours match with the Royal Italian Army Units. It has the 3 Italian Stars on the shoulder so I'm assuming a somewhat senior tunic?

Any help would be much appreciated.
