These photos bring back memories.
Tony used to collect military vehicles as well as sell them. However, he encounted tax problems and all the collection was sold. He later opened Ryton Arms selling just deact weapons.
Cheers, Ade.

nice collection!
Well one of those White Scout cars in the yard is where mine came from, so one down, where's the rest?
'Often thought about that....is there a record where every thing went? Some stuff was quite common but others were one-off (in the UK at least)
@PKMann, I don't suppose you saw the Austrian Stalwarts whilst there. Beddall bought 4 Stalwarts from Austria in the mid 1980s, and then sold them with the remaining Swedish Stalwarts to Tony Budge around 1988.
I see in the top right corner of this photo of yours, the Swedish Stalwarts with their FOCO cranes - and wondered if the Austrian ones were with them.
The Austrian and German Stalwarts had Hella combined front side and indicator lights fitted on the side of the cab, compared to all the others having them fitted on the front of the cab.
Many thanks for uploading the photos
