Do wait until after summer...you'll be glad you did...

    Certainly, will assist gladly...

The village of Lidice has a fine museum on site. A must see and not far from Prague. Although Ležáky must be noted too...for Lidice was not the only site raised following the death of Heydrich.

There are several threads on the forum that address some of these sites:

You have also the tank museum.
They make a kind of feast in may, possible to fire with MG at blank, after, it's open during the summer.

One of my High school classmates was an executive chef at one of the big
Hotels in Prague for a number of years, although I do not know which one.

Just returned from Prague i very lucky to be able to visit the krypt and church before they closed due to the virus, it was a very humbling experience for me having known what happened there my wife who later watched the movie with me was also very moved, very brave men indeed, the question was one man worth so many deaths in the aftermath.

"The question was: was one man worth so many deaths in the aftermath?"

If Heydrich had ever got nearer to being the next Fuhrer after Hitler? then god help us all.

Heydrich was a psychopath, brutal and unforgiving.

He had to be taken out at all costs and these brave men gave their lives for the future of their Country.

A future we ALL enjoy now, I've been to Prague too and it is lovely.

    We owe them so much.

    May they Rest In Peace.
