Bahnschutz Hangers? Water Police?

I was wondering your thoughts on these. Trying to help a fellow
Collector decipher if they look original or if they are replicas?

He has reached out to me regarding them and is telling me they are land customs. I told him they were likely Bahnschutz and not land customs as those are more green on facing stripes and green on reverse.

Am I mistaken? Were there ever land customs in black backing and black stripes? Water police?

Are these Bahnschutz hangers and what are my peers thoughts?

my 2 cents.... repro Bahnschutz hangers.
Wrong fabric pattern, the long clip pins with alu rivets.
The dimensions..just doesn't fit like they should.

just compare with my set...i have to post my Railway stuff and my Vood luft 2 with etch and ivory grip, but just can't find the time.....
